Offering classes across various locations in the Adelaide North Eastern suburbs, Angela Munoz brings you her unique style of yoga for people with stress chronic fatigue conditions.
Yoga has played such an integral part in Angela’s life towards a steady and consistent improvement in her own health and wellbeing, that she is now passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with you.
What started as a course to deepen her own yoga practice, led to a natural progression in teaching others. Teaching since 2014, her style has an integrative, deliberate, slower-paced approach to restore and revitalise, offering Gentle Flow Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness, and Chair Yoga (for when getting on/off the floor isn’t an option).
Her skills and experience as Registered Nurse, Counsellor and Massage Therapist, complement her yoga teaching to bring you a safe and enjoyable practice. Modifications are offered so that everyone can move into and experience the benefits of the practice.
