Counselling and Psychotherapy

Transpersonal counselling is a psycho-dynamic, interpersonal process working across the dimensions of the human experience – the physical, the mental, the emotional, the social and the spiritual.

Our integrative practice approach goes beyond traditional therapy, drawing upon diverse therapeutic techniques and perspectives – including meta-cognitive interpersonal therapy, psycho-dynamic approaches, mindfulness practices, narrative therapy and attachment-based (trauma) therapy.

Transpersonal counselling is orientated by a concern for authenticity – with questions about meaning and purpose central to the work. With this in mind, we explore and address the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit, and you are guided on a transformative path towards greater self-awareness, personal growth, integration and emotional well-being.

Our integrative approach is beneficial for children, young people and adults with complex needs, attachment trauma and abuse, intergenerational trauma, relationship issues and conflict, drug and alcohol addiction, and depression and anxiety.
